Ingredients
1 Orange peel
2 pounds trimmed green beans, available in produce department
2 tablespoons butter
Salt
3 tablespoons fresh chives, snipped

The ingredients are few and the directions quick. Fill up a large pan with two or three inches of water and let it boil. Next throw in the orange peel and green beans (be sure to cut the edges). Let the beans cook for roughly five minutes (you do not want them to get soggy). Once cooked, drain the water and put them in a saucepan. Add in some butter, salt, pepper and chives and simmer for another few minutes. All done. Now serve and let your guest enjoy the side dish.
